Since we need to be in direct contact with customers to arrange pickup or delivery of customers' vehicles, we will need to contact them directly by phone or with SMS messages. We will communicate with you over the phone, email, or by sending messages to your phone number. We will also collect information about the make, model, or year of the vehicle you are interested in moving. We may ask for your address or the address where you want us to meet you for pickup or delivery. We might also request contact information for your representative if you are unavailable.
We will collect this information by phone or ask you to send it via message to our provided phone or email.
This information will be used solely for communication purposes. It will be shared with drivers, dispatchers, and the update team involved in your vehicle's movement. They will contact you with updates and details about your vehicle. All collected information will be used internally by TK Auto Trans Inc. and will not be shared with other companies or entities unless required for load movement. You have the right to withhold personal information from the company. Upon request, we can provide a record of communications from the past 3 months. After 3 months, all data will be deleted and cannot be restored. If you wish to have communications deleted immediately after the completion of your vehicle's movement, you can request it from our team, and it will be permanently deleted.
